A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser when you visit. It is used to remember information between pages and between visits: for example, the language you chose or whether you already accepted this notice. Some are set by the site itself (first-party) and others by external services (third-party).
Functionality. Remembering your language preference and your decision about this notice. Without them the site does not work properly, so they do not require consent. Today, every cookie this site sets on its own is of this kind.
Measurement. Understanding how the site is used so we can improve it. They are only set if you accept them.
Third parties. Only on the dashboards page, and only when you ask for a report to load.
These eight are first-party — set by this domain, not by a third party — and functional: they exist so the site can remember your language and your choice about cookies. None requires prior consent, because without them the site cannot work or honour what you choose.

These are not set unless you give permission. The cookie notice blocks them until you choose, and they are removed if you withdraw consent.

Power BI reports are served from app.powerbi.com and Microsoft sets its own cookies. That is why the report does not load when the page opens: there is a notice with a button, and Microsoft's cookies are only set when you ask for it. If you never press that button, they are never set.

Neither the contact form nor the CRM sets cookies in your browser. What you type into the form is sent to the CRM, but that is processing of personal data — described in the privacy policy — and not a cookie.
This site uses no advertising cookies and no social media pixels. The links to LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube are ordinary links: nothing loads from those platforms until you click them.
The first time you visit you will see a notice where you can accept all, reject everything that is not necessary or choose by category. Measurement cookies are not set until you accept them. You can change your decision at any time from the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer.
Your choice is recorded together with the version of this policy in force when you made it. If we change the policy, the notice reappears so you can decide again on the new text: consent given to an older policy is not inherited.
The Power BI dashboards do not load until you authorize it. On the dashboards page, until you accept third-party cookies you will see a notice instead of the report, with a button to load it. That way none of your data reaches Microsoft without your decision.
Blocking all cookies may affect how the site works, including its memory of your language preference.
Some measurement cookies may process data that, combined with other information, could identify you. That processing is governed by our privacy policy.
We may update this policy when the tools the site uses change. The header states when it was last updated.
