What changes when data starts deciding

Four projects delivered across energy, distribution, retail and institutions. We describe them by sector rather than by name: client work sits under confidentiality agreements.

Automated extraction and centralization of billing data

The challenge

Billing data from the ERP was hard to query, back up and analyze. That created an operational dependency on the technical team and limited financial traceability.

What we did

We automated the extraction and centralization of the information on Azure, creating a secure, reliable source for query and analysis. The finance team gained traceability, availability and the autonomy to support its own billing processes.

DistributionData & Analytics · Data platforms · Google Cloud

A corporate Data Lakehouse as the single source

The challenge

Business-critical information was spread across multiple systems and sources. Integrating it was difficult, queries were slow and different versions of the same figure coexisted.

What we did

We designed and implemented a corporate Data Lakehouse on GCP, with a centralized, scalable and governed architecture. The result: one source of information, faster queries and a solid foundation for advanced analytics and business intelligence.

03
RetailFinance · Artificial intelligence · AWS

A finance assistant that answers in plain language

The challenge

Finance leaders depended on manual reports and analysis to answer business questions. That limited how fast they could reach reliable information and make decisions.

What we did

We implemented an AI-based finance assistant on AWS, able to interpret natural-language questions and query company information to return contextualized answers. Access to financial data became conversational and immediate.

An integrated financial reporting model

The challenge

The organization needed a complete, detailed view of its financial position — receivables, balance sheet and budget execution — to strengthen the tracking and control of its main indicators.

What we did

We built an integrated information and financial reporting model, consolidating the key indicators and enabling analysis from several perspectives. That brought more visibility over financial performance, better budget tracking and decisions backed by consistent information.

Two public dashboards, built on open data

The cases above cannot be shown from the inside. These can: they are visualization exercises the team publishes on open data, and they can be filtered and explored.
